Bench PressThe bench press hits the middle portion of the muscles and helps to increase strength. Have a seat at the bench press. Lie back and place your hands on the bar, shoulder width apart. Take a deep breath in lift the bar off the rack. Lower the bar until it touches your chest. Exhale and press the bar back up until your arms are straight. Repeat this movement for four sets of 10 to 12 repetitions. Use a weight that is heavy enough to do no more than 12 repetitions. As you increase your weight, have someone spot you to prevent dropping the bar due to muscle failure.

I did read the post. Travis mentioned the last time we had as many consecutive 70+ days this early in the season was in 1880 April, not March. And, we not only 70+, we in the lowupper 80s. The duration and intensity of this current anomaly is unprecedented, inconceivable.
